Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ADFUSE Affiliate Program.

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions govern participation in the ADFUSE Affiliate Program available through https://adfuse22.com/.

By registering for or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms.

1. Affiliate Program

ADFUSE may allow eligible customers, students or registered members to promote selected ADFUSE courses, products or services through unique affiliate links.

Affiliates may receive a commission for eligible and successfully completed purchases generated through their approved affiliate links, subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Maintain a valid account

  • Follow these Affiliate Terms

  • Follow applicable laws and advertising rules

  • Use only approved promotional methods

ADFUSE reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or terminate an affiliate account.

3. Affiliate Links

Each affiliate may receive unique tracking links.

Affiliates must use their assigned affiliate links when promoting ADFUSE products or services.

Affiliates must not:

  • Modify tracking information

  • Manipulate affiliate cookies

  • Create fraudulent referrals

  • Use another affiliate’s tracking link

  • Use automated methods to generate clicks or conversions

4. Commission

Commission rates may vary depending on the product, service or promotional offer.

The applicable commission rate displayed in the affiliate dashboard or communicated by ADFUSE will apply to eligible transactions.

ADFUSE reserves the right to change commission structures for future transactions by providing appropriate notice.

5. Eligible Sales

A commission may be considered eligible when:

  • The customer completes a genuine purchase through the affiliate’s approved link

  • Payment is successfully received

  • The transaction is not fraudulent

  • The order is not cancelled or refunded

  • The transaction satisfies applicable affiliate program conditions

A sale that is refunded, cancelled, charged back or identified as fraudulent may not qualify for commission.

6. Self-Referral

Unless specifically permitted by ADFUSE, affiliates must not use their own affiliate link to purchase products or services for themselves in order to generate commission.

Using another person’s account or payment method to create a self-referral may also be considered a violation.

7. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates must not promote ADFUSE using:

  • False or misleading claims

  • Fake income claims

  • Fake discounts or offers

  • Spam

  • Unsolicited bulk messages

  • Phishing or deceptive websites

  • Misleading advertisements

  • Trademark abuse

  • Fake ADFUSE accounts or pages

  • Malware or harmful software

  • Illegal activities

Affiliates must not make promises about guaranteed income, guaranteed sales, guaranteed leads or guaranteed business results on behalf of ADFUSE.

8. Advertising

If an affiliate uses paid advertising to promote ADFUSE, the affiliate is responsible for complying with the policies of the relevant advertising platform.

Affiliates must not create advertisements that falsely imply they are ADFUSE or officially represent ADFUSE unless written permission has been provided.

ADFUSE may restrict certain advertising methods, keywords, platforms or promotional approaches.

9. Brand and Content Usage

Affiliates may use promotional materials provided or approved by ADFUSE for affiliate promotion.

Affiliates must not:

  • Modify the ADFUSE logo in a misleading way

  • Claim ownership of the ADFUSE brand

  • Create websites or social profiles that appear to be official ADFUSE properties

  • Copy or reproduce ADFUSE course content

  • Distribute paid course materials without permission

10. Commission Tracking

Affiliate referrals may be tracked through cookies, tracking parameters, affiliate software and other technical methods.

Tracking may be affected by browser settings, device restrictions, cookie blocking, technical issues or other factors.

ADFUSE cannot guarantee that every click or referral will be successfully tracked.

11. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a customer referred by an affiliate receives a refund, cancellation, chargeback or payment reversal, the related commission may be cancelled or adjusted.

If a commission has already been paid and the underlying transaction is subsequently refunded or reversed, ADFUSE may adjust future commission balances where legally permissible.

12. Payouts

Affiliate commissions become payable according to the payout schedule and conditions communicated by ADFUSE.

ADFUSE may require a minimum payout threshold and verified payment information before processing a payout.

Applicable taxes, fees or deductions may apply according to law and the affiliate’s circumstances.

13. Affiliate Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for complying with their own applicable tax, income reporting and other legal obligations relating to affiliate earnings.

ADFUSE may collect information or make deductions where required by applicable law.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

ADFUSE may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if it reasonably believes that the affiliate:

  • Violated these Terms

  • Engaged in fraudulent activity

  • Generated invalid or misleading referrals

  • Used prohibited promotional methods

  • Misused ADFUSE branding or content

  • Engaged in illegal activity

Termination may result in cancellation of pending commissions associated with invalid or prohibited activity, subject to applicable law.

15. No Income Guarantee

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee any particular income.

Affiliate earnings depend on factors such as audience, marketing efforts, traffic, conversions, product demand and market conditions.

16. Changes to the Affiliate Program

ADFUSE may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, eligible products, promotional methods or payout conditions.

Changes may apply to future transactions and will be communicated where appropriate.

17. Confidentiality

Affiliates must not disclose confidential information received from ADFUSE, including private business information, customer information, internal commission information or non-public promotional materials.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ADFUSE will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, subject to applicable law.
